Nancy was excellent to work with. We came down from another state and had limited time to see homes. Nancy had the days we had available all set up with different homes to see. She was thorough in these searches and always checked in with us to ask for our feedback. She was also a great help once we chose the house we liked by making sure we filled out forms correctly and always got them to us in a timely manner. She’s been extremely helpful through this entire process which can be stressful at times. She is the consummate professional and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to others.
Nancy posted the listing for our home on MLS the first of April. On the third of April we had a signed contract offer at full asking price that requested a closing on or before the 18th of the following month. That offer was from the very first visitors who walked through our home on the first of the month, and before an open house scheduled for the first Sunday in April.
That quick offer was not the result of "happenstance", but the result of Nancy's work in the 2-3 weeks before the home went on the market. That work included Nancy's ideas for our home's presentation/staging and home service agreements for the buyers, along with preparation of the on-line listing and development of booklets and pamphlets that highlighted the home's benefits and ease of living. Nancy's communication skills (she knows, thoroughly, the home's area and the benefits of living in the area) and her earnest professionalism closed the deal with the buyers.
