Nancy is amazing. Every review I've read here emphasizes the same things about nancy because they are all true. She is very good at asking the right questions, listening, and observing her clients to hone in on the most salient aspects of what the client needs but might not even realize is most important yet. We had decided to move from the suburban pacific northwest to an inner city, probably north side, chicago neighborhood and were ready to buy quickly. Nancy found us the perfect property after two visits to chicago! She started by showing us what we thought we wanted and then tailoring location, size, and finishes based on what she observed from our site visits. Her connections to builders and thorough understanding of the neighborhoods led to a really solid and quick decision. We were able to find a home under construction by a superb builder known to nancy. She helped us work with the builder to customize the finishes to fit us perfectly. The finishing process took several months and nancy stayed in constant contact the whole time and even after we moved in she checked in often to make sure our transition went as smoothly as possible. We consider nancy among our friends in our new home city of chicago, trust her completely, and would recommend her in a heartbeat!
