Loved working with Nan Jane. She is professional, knowledgeable and very client oriented. She made my search and my process of buying my new place a dream.

We worked with Nan Jane Keough and were very impressed with her overall approach to the sale of our house and her confidence that she could get it sold quickly. She is very knowledgeable and was able to resolve any issues or questions that arose right up to the day of closing. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase real estate.

The office represents a large area, with towns that each have their own personality. If a realtor is not familiar with an area, they reach out to colleagues.

Nan Jane was a great help! Did what she could to get the house sold for a reasonable price and dealt with the potential buyers in a great way. Thanks a lot- job very well done!

After living in our home for 37 years, the entire process of moving was overwhelming. Nan Jane held my hand throughout. She answered every question immediately. At one point we were negotiating an offer and she was out-of-town at an important family event. She made me feel like it was “no problem” to give us her full attention. The photographer she enlisted for our photos was stellar and she helped to stage our home to its best potential. When all was said and done I could not thank her enough. Nan Jane is the ultimate professional and used Sotheby’s resources to benefit us.

Nan Jane Keogh is thoughtful, knowledgeable, efficient, easy to contact, she is an ideal agent. Couldn't be better.
