In short, Muffin was absolutely fantastic in every way. I have bought and sold about eight properties over the years and I have never worked with someone as conscientious, effective, and pleasant as Muffin. My home required a lot of prep (well beyond final 'staging') and Muffin oversaw every aspect of that work from arranging quotes to confirming that the work was done to our satisfaction. I couldn't have done this without Muffin's help. In fact I will miss our almost daily conversations that were both business-like and personally enjoyable!
