Moussa is very good. He explains everything to you at the beginning and he is very patient with you. He is friendly and has a good sense of humor. Zelle also is another one, when he goes with you to show you the house he is very polite, calm and respectful.

He guided me through every step of the way very patiently making sure I understood all that was presented to me. He not only discussed all options that were available to me for selling my property but also educated me on what a seller’s market is and how to take advantage of it properly. He is highly skilled in what he does and his approach to real estate is a perfect balance between old school personable and modern day tech savvy. Amount of tools he has in his selling arsenal is second to none.
Another thing I really admired about him was that he never created a situation where I’d think that this whole experience was supposed to be about him making the most amount of commission in fact it was always about what was best for me. My house sold in less than a month and I got more than I asked for. All of this after a bad experience with a different realtor who couldn’t even create a proper listing let alone get people through the door to view the property. I went from being extremely demotivated and stressed out to being extremely optimistic and stress free in as little as 30 minutes of meeting with Moussa and him convincing me that he’d secure a buyer in less than a month. We had offers on the house within the first week of the listing going live and ended up accepting one that was 30k over asking price.
