Monti Joines is an outstanding agent. He was extremely attentive to our specific desires when purchasing a condo. He responded promptly to all questions. Monti is very knowledgeable and experienced with purchasing and selling homes.

Monti was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is our second home through Monti. He’s fantastic.

Monti is just the best. Monti made it very clear up front that he wanted what was best for us. As young first time home buyers, we were virtually at a loss when we started looking at homes and EASILY could of been taken advantage of. Monti actively gave us honest feedback on each house we looked at. We ultimately ended up somewhere we love, but he helped talk us out of a couple of places that I now see where nightmares. He never was weird about our budget, we established our budget and that was that. Trying to navigate buying a home and closing is an absolute enormous amount of information and with Monti with us, we always had QUICK answers to any questions that came up, I learned a ton and never felt like I was in the dark about anything. We closed nearly 2 months ago and to this day I know if I need something or get in a pickle Monti will have our back. I think anyone would be lucky to have Monti is there realtor, and I honestly feel bad for all the realtor horror stories I hear because mine was awesome. Excuse my lingo, but Monti is quite literally the GOAT.

My husband asks a lot of questions. Monti was very patient and answered all of them! Monti was of great assistance every step of the way. We are most grateful to him for all his diligence in getting any questions or concerns addressed. We will highly recommend Monti to our relatives and friends.

Monti goes above and beyond his job to help get exactly what you need

Great Man Easy to work with Highly recommend!!!!

Monti consistently provides exceptional services.

Monti was amazing from start to finish. We were under a time crunch to get our house sold and he had it listed three days after our first meeting. He is a breath of fresh and calming air when the panic and stress moves in from the process of selling, buying and moving I cannot say enough great things about him.
