Monika went above and beyond for us. Not only did she help to make our home purchase as smooth as possible, she also drove out ( 1 1/2 hours from her office, each way) to our new house before escrow closed to let in our contractor for flooring estimates with the sellers permission. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Monika helped to relieve our anxiety with her professional and friendly approach. I really do not think the process could have been any smoother. And then, the day our home became ours, we walked in to find a beautiful arrangement of a wine and cheese board including home made treats for our dogs. This house warming gift was so special to us.
