Ours was not an easy transaction. It was an old house, my brother and I were not familiar enough with the property to provide great information, and she was communicating with both my brother who was local, and myself, an out of towner who was acting as my mom’s DPOA. Although, we were disappointed when the initial offer fell through, Monica was able to pivot quickly and lead us into repricing which resulted in a couple more offers just a couple days following.
