Great service! Monica always followed through with any problems and was able to get a difficult situation closed on time!

Excellent knowledge on the buy side process for Viking builder homes. Brought up many things we didn’t consider and helped us get extra credits from the builder that paid for closing costs! Excellent service!

Monica was wonderful to work with and we look forward to continue our relationship with her in the community!

Monica was such a pleasure to work with! She was so helpful and very informed while helping me purchase my home. And I must say this was the easiest and fastest escrow I’ve ever seen! Thank you Monica!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Monica Kovacs to find a new home for my family as we were moving to Idaho. From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping us find the perfect place! Monica took the time to get to know me to identify my needs and preferences. Her expertise and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are thrilled with our new home and couldn't have done it without her! Thank you, Monica, for your outstanding service and for helping us find our dream home!

Very good!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Monica for her time and patience with our recent relocation from Texas and our home purchase here in Idaho. As with most relocations, we had a million questions and looked at quite a few houses. We had specific “must have” features that we were looking for and in today’s market, that’s not an easy task. Monica was extremely helpful in guiding us to the areas that would best fit our needs and was mindful of our “must have” list. She listened to our comments and concerns in such a way that made us feel like friends, not just clients. She went out of her way to help when we weren’t able to be in Idaho for our closing. We are very appreciative that she was willing to meet us to drop off the keys once we made the final journey to Idaho. In our opinion, she went above and beyond what would normally be expected. In Texas, we didn’t have a realtor. Monica put us in touch with their partners in our area to help us sell our home quickly and for the asking price. We are extremely pleased with both Monica and Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty and would highly recommend both to anyone thinking of buying or selling. Sincerely,Cary & Linda Schoppelrei

I want to say “Thank you” to Monica Kovacs, for her help in getting us through the process of purchasing our first home – our dream home. She is a very polite, pleasant and energetic woman to work with. From the very beginning of looking for our home and until the end of the purchase of our dream home, she was very prompt in taking care of everything. We highly recommend her to those who are looking for a good real estate agent. She has been a true blessing to us.William & Cherie Roberts and Sean Ingram

Monica is amazing!! She does an exceptional job finding properties to view based on specified desires, and is very willing to work with unknown quirks. She is very thorough in reviewing the properties, pointing out things to think about that maybe the customer hasn't seen or known to look for. She truly goes above and beyond in describing conditions, answering questions or finding people who can answer questions, making connections with the various professionals needed during the various steps of the home purchase process, and always has an upbeat attitude no matter what gets thrown at her. I highly recommend working with Monica, and while I would always want to work with Monica, I also know from personal experience that realtor recommendations she makes are also amazing!

I was looking to buy a house and was connected with Monica. Even as I was giving up due to the prices of everything on the market, she pulled through and found me something I can afford. She was exceedingly helpful throughout the process and we were able to close ahead of schedule. Overall stellar performance was displayed and I am certainly grateful for all her help qs my agent.
