Monica went above and beyond any realtor we've worked with in the past to sell our home, and it sold the first weekend it was shown!!! She worked with the stager — even brought in some of her own furniture, artwork and accessories to make our house look it's best. She walked the neighborhood to handout beautiful, hand-made invitations to over 250 neighbors inviting them to the Grand Open House. She was communicative throughout the process, and made herself available to work with contractors on last minute preparations and repairs. She even added plants and mulch to our garden for the best curb appeal, not to mention the Feng Shui details she included to help it sell. We highly recommend working with Monica!
