Molly was extremely helpful in helping me get a houseboat ready for sale and selling it before the end of the summer. The houseboat had to be sold as an asset to an estate and Molly was able to work with unforeseen circumstances in that she originally began the listing process with my friend who passed away unexpectedly. She provided a CMA so we could determine if the estate had to go to probate. When we finally listed in August, the houseboat sold within four days of the listing date. I would not hesitate to recommend or work with her again. Molly was an amazing find and I enjoyed working with her during the five months we had to work with getting this asset sold.
