I just my second home thanks to Miriam Mosquera-Martinez, and my experience with her has been phenomenal. I met her while visiting a home that I was interested in and that she was selling (I did not buy that one and Miriam NEVER forced me into it even though it would have been good financially for her). I had an agent at that time but that agent was not available to meet with me on Sunday (I flew 2 planes to come visit homes and she knew it), so Miriam became my agent. I found that Miriam immediately showed the utmost respect and attention to me as the potential buyer, and not to my older friends also present. I contacted her and asked to work with her which she agreed to. Miriam was always super attentive to my needs and demands and adapted very well to me. She is also always super positive, calm, and very fun to be around. She helped me so much with finding a great loan agent, a home that I LOVE, and many outstanding qualified workers.
