I've worked with other Real Estate agents in the past. When I compare Minoo to them, she is easily in a league of her own. A few specific instances of value: -During negotiations for a property, we put in an offer which was accepted by the seller. After inspection, Minoo called me to ask if I wanted to decrease the purchase price by $10,000. We did and they accepted. Reducing the price was not something I thought was possible. I saved $10,000 only because Minoo called me and suggested it. -Anytime I was interested in a property, she would strike up a conversation with anyone nearby to get more information. One instance was a neighbor which revealed deeper family dynamics about how and why the home was being sold, information we leveraged when putting in an asking price.
