We would like to share our experience with Mike Shahbazi and the process we went through when we sold our house, and bought a new one.  I have known Mike for several years now.  He helped me buy my first house and he has been like family ever since.  A few months ago, we decided to sell our old house and look for something new for our growing family.  I contacted Mike and told him about my decision and he took on the project.  He worked tirelessly around the clock to get my house ready and prepared for sale.  He had the right connections as well as the know how when it came to staging, the repairs needed and the listing process.  I gave him the key to my old house and walked away!!!
