I've worked with Michael Hamby since before he was a top agent and long before he was a top manager. He is the best thing about Long & Foster... I was a Champion Realty agent and did not choose L&F but when they acknowledged that Michael was the best asset for the Bestgate Rd office.. I stayed because I completely agree. I often find his council ahead of the curve when new documents roll out or new policies are created... he gives us the upper hand before the rest of AACAR agents know how best to implement the changes !!!
Mike is a great manager. He is quick to respond to any question/issue I might encounter. And is super quick to resolve it. He is attentive and very knowledgeable of all real estate related matters. Mike is compassionate. You cannot find a better real estate manager.

We have frequent and fun get-togethers (margarita machine gets a workout). Having Lewie (lender) in the office is also a big help.
Working at Annapolis Bestgate has been a great experience! Michael is great with the agents - always available and ready to conquer any issues that arise. As an employee, he truly is a great boss. Bestgate has fun social events which get all the agents together, I can see the "family" we have all become and I am thankful to be apart of it.
