I had worked with a few agents before, but Michael was way more than a typical real estate agent. He does not work for just money. He truly values his customers and their success. When I first met him, it was in the last minute of an open house where the house was already conditionally sold, but he spent so much time guiding me to the right direction anyways. When I purchased a house, he did a thorough inspection of everything and pointed issues that I could not have found myself. He is very polite and punctual and even the seller’s agent spoke very highly of him. He also helped me with renting the house and spent another 2-hour session teaching me how to screen tenants and what to do as a landlord. I definitely recommend him and would love to work with him more in future.
