We felt comfortable with Mike from the first meeting in the office. He took our ‘search description’ and ran the options so that we had many properties to view. He devoted long days to help in the search knowing that we had limited time but that we were serious buyers for the right property. He was charming, patient and organised the search days to makle the maximum use of time. He screened out those properties he knew from previous comments would not make the cut, thus saving time. He was very knowledgable in local matters and contacts for house search and solicitors etc. House viewings were scheduled to minimise travel times between locations.
He advised on price offer to secure property and was able to give us a historical perspective on house values/ previous sales prices. The nett result of all this is that we were successful in buying our new home in Ottawa!
