Michelle was an absolute joy to work with. She is very personable and organized. She spent the time to understand what was important to us in our home search. At the end of each day, she would spend time with us to debrief on the homes we visited. The next day she would then come prepared with a book of listings based on feedback from the previous day. She was very communicative and responsive. She reacted with grace when plans would change unexpectedly and made sure our time was well spent. For example, when a realtor called and cancelled a home visit last minute, she quickly rescheduled other visits so we didn't waste time. She was a helpful advisor and was willing to share her professional opinion when asked. We would unequivocally recommend Michelle to any future buyer. She made us feel like she was as invested in our success and happiness as we were.

Michelle was an outstanding realtor. My husband and I are active duty military and needed to relocate within a specific timeframe. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Michelle. She went above and beyond to serve us and get us in the house on time, despite numerous potential setbacks. Michelle even FaceTimed a tour of one of the houses we were interested in. Our negotiation process could have been terrible, due to the listing agent’s questionable ethics, however Michelle took care of it all. She negotiated up until the last minute, when the final walk through didn’t go as expected she got us an additional $4K for fixes. Incredible realtor with clear experience in every aspect of the real estates game, definitely recommend.
