She does excellent work.

This was my first experience selling a home. Michelle made it very easy, she was open to discussing ideas, and had many great suggestions. As a business owner with decades of experience, I had a few thoughts of my own. Michelle and I worked through our options, she was sensative to my situation of selling my parents home, and she gained my trust. I followed her recommendations, we painted the whole interior and made the condo "ready to move in". Michelle is grounded in her approach, no hyperbole, we priced the condo based on her recommendation and I was able to accept an offer within two weeks of the condo going on the market. It is now 3 months after closing, and I would not change a thing. I would work with Michelle again and recommend you also choose to Michelle as your realtor.

Michelle did an excellent job with getting my codo ready for sale in 2025. I was living out of the area at the time. I trusted her immensely. She also sent me the paperwork I needed for my 2025 taxes to my new address. If you are either selling or buying a house, I highly recommend Michelle!

As a former real estate agent myself, I appreciated Michelle's professionalism, concern her client, and her attention to detail. I look forward to working with her to sell my sister's business and/or property!

Michelle did a great job of keeping me informed and up to date throughout the processing and closing.

Michelle was fantastic! She would be my first call if I ever thought that I was in the market or looking again.

we thoroughly enjoyed working with michelle. she handled all of our details in a very professional manner. this is the second time we have dealt with michelle and she followed through on all of the details so we felt very much at ease with the selling process. i would certainly employ michelle again to handle our real estate transactions

Michelle helped us find a great 2nd home. The home we chose had many difficulties with inspections and easements. She got in the trenches and helped us every step of the way. While this was most likely her most complicated real estate deal, she made us feel secure every step of the way. You can really tell Michelle has your best interests at heart, and she works hard to protect her clients.

Michelle gets a five star rating from the Appletons. From start to finish, her professionalism and attention to the details made the purchase of our South Haven home a smooth endeavor. Every question was answered and every detail, no matter how small, was addressed in a timely manner. Thank you, Michelle! Our very best wishes to you.

We really loved working with Michelle. She was so patient and encouraging. She helped us figure out what we wanted in a home. She is very thorough and detail oriented. She was able to save us money on the sale and negotiate repairs on our behalf. Michelle worked very hard for us - she was always available and attentive. She does a great job and has a great personality. We highly recommend her!
