Michelle was nothing short of a blessing . I have a housing subsidy and most landlords and private agencies are Leary and my application somehow gets rejected although, I meet the qualifications. Michelle when I inquired about the apartment gave a prompt response and upon viewing the unit she treated us with kindness . I was with my daughter who’s neurodivergent and Michelle treated her like family . When I had issues with HPD on payment and transfer Michelle advocated tooth and nail to ensure I would be moved . She also brokered and mediated between the landlord and myself . The family of the apartment I rented are very kind and treat us respectfully I always feel at home . Michelle ensured that it was a good fit for everyone involved . She’s an excellent agent but most of all wonderful human .
