He made the entire process as painless as possible, was there (physically, by phone, by text) to answer any questions, provide resources, and solve any problems. We needed to make some repairs for an occupancy permit and Michael essentially managed the entire process - finding contractors to do the work and making sure we passed inspection in a timely fashion. He connected us with our movers and even took the time to be sure everything in our home was in order after we had moved out. He ably represented us, but understood that the buyers had needs as well and expertly navigated that back and forth.
