Michael sold my house and worked with me to purchase another house. The sale of mine was pretty easy and quick. The purchase of the replacement house appeared to be easy as it was a cash purchase, and the house wasn't on the market yet. It has turned out to be very difficult and if it wasn't for Michael I don't think I would have been able to make the purchase.
