We had a great experience working with Michael Goodall during our home search and purchase.
Michael really listens to what you’re looking for and does his best to find the right fit. One thing I especially appreciated was his experience and advice. He never made us feel pressured to put in an offer just because we liked a property. In fact, there were times when his advice helped us step back and consider whether a house was actually the right fit for us. I really felt that he was looking out for our best interests rather than simply trying to make a sale.
I also appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. I was set up on the Pillar portal to receive notifications about new properties, and I never felt like I was being flooded with suggestions or pressured to view or buy something. That said, I sometimes would have appreciated a little more direct communication when a new property came on the market.
The one area that could be improved is availability during the daytime. Michael seemed to be primarily available in the evenings, which could be a little frustrating when you’re anxious to be among the first to see a new property that has just been listed.
Overall, though, we appreciated Michael’s patience, experience, honesty, and the fact that he genuinely seemed to have our interests in mind. We’re grateful for his help in getting us into our new home and would recommend him to others looking for a realtor who listens and doesn’t pressure you.
