He was prompt to arrive at the houses and was thorough in explaining the details of each house to us. We appreciated that he did not encourage us one way or another about which house was best for us but instead left the decision entirely up to us. This way we did not feel emotionally manipulated one way or another. It feels good knowing that we chose this house, our first house!
