The house I saw was sold out from under my husband and I 5 years ago... it was mostly our fault, we had never purchased before and we had cold feet, but this was "the one." At that point we had looked at what seemed like a hundred houses. We still continued to look at a few other houses, however we were comparing THIS house to all of the others. Nothing seemed to fit. Well, I just so happened to walk in the neighborhood with my sister, as we did, and we saw the sign in the front yard the day it went on sale. I felt like I couldn't breathe again. I immediately called my dad who recommended Micah. Micah was so kind to come extremely last minute to let us check the house. I was still in love with it after 5 years of heartbreak of the loss of losing it. We closed without incident, and I felt the price and agreement we came to was fair. I was so unsure of everything because I am a first-time home buyer, but Micah made it seem so real, and helped me to understand how everything worked.
