I had a great experience working with Merie Fam at my client transaction. Her knowledge and expertise made the whole process very smooth and effortless for me. She was on top of every single step with preparing all forms and following up with the seller's TC to get it signed and returned . I am very pleased working with her and recommend her to others. Thank you again Merie for your suport.

Merie works at an extremely high level and her attention to detail is excellent. She is always "on it" and can be counted on to make sure everything gets completed. I look forward to working with her again.
