Meredith directed us to a selling price that was more than we had originally anticipated. She marketed the home magnificently and dealt professionally and effectively with the issues that arose due to a buyers inspection report. The home sold within 24 hours of it being listed for the asking price and closed earlier than originally scheduled. We couldn’t be more pleased with Meredith and would absolutely recommend her services. Rory & Susan
