I cannot say enough about my positive experience working with Meredith to purchase my home! Meredith is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Denver area and surrounding markets. She is responsive, she truly listens, and somehow always made me feel like I was her only and most important client (though I knew she was super busy with many others!). Meredith really cares about her clients and happily goes out of her way, without hesitation. She communicates well and also works exceptionally well with other agents and lenders. She is assertive, responsive, honest, and also very reasonable when dealing with offers, negotiations and contracts. If she doesn’t have the answer, she has resources to consult with. Meredith listened to truly understand what I was looking for. She also gave me her professional opinion at times, which I came to rely upon. Having worked with many, many agents over the years, I can only describe my experience with Meredith as exceptional! She utilized her resources to ensure I had a positive experience and that I found the right home for me. I would highly recommend Meredith. As Thank you Meredith!
