Mercedes worked with my family for about a year before we bought a house.This was my first home buying experience and my husbands third. Mercedes is kind and very generous with her time and resources. She exceeded all my hopes for a realtor, and all while being pregnant at the time! I unexpectedly had to leave the state, and she took the initiative and graciously offered to take on all my responsibilities when closing the house - this included going to multiple walk throughs, becoming my legal power of attorney, and driving hours to sign for me on closing day. When I was ready to sell an investment property, I contacted Mercedes Vickers who was recommended my financial advisor. We arranged an appointment and she met with me in my home. She was very prepared for this visit and listened intently to me as I explained what I wanted to do.
