I have never sold a house before and was worrying about it, because I don’t know the first thing about selling the house. Mellody made it so easy and stress-free. She walked me through every step of the way and then some. She would tell me what needed to be done and it got done without a lot of stress. You can tell that she’s been doing this for a long time. She worked hard for me. We got a couple of great offers within the first two days. She kept up on top of everything and everything went smoothly. Mellody is smart, and very detail oriented. She caught a few things that needed to be changed. I appreciate her dedication. If you ever need a real estate agent, she’s the best. I couldn’t have done it without Mellody.

Mellody did a great job getting us an offer on the first day the property was listed for $10k over asking price. She made the sale quick and easy. She was great about going to the property and helping us provide access to contractors since I live out of state. She is an experienced pro.
