Melissa is a highly experienced real estate professional, with a deep knowledge of the market and an expert in contracts, real estate law, and closing transactions. We would highly recommend her services and very much appreciated her guidance and counsel during the recent sale of our home in Richmond, Virginia.
Melissa Savenko is an amazing lady. She knows her job and does it well. Also, everyone we dealt with in the Nuckols Rd office were super friendly and always helpful. Thank you to everyone involved making our transition from New York to Virginia a pleasant experience.
Melissa did an amazing job negotiating this deal in spite of a difficult seller’s agent. Her patients and experience were key in seeing this deal to closing. I am truly grateful for Melissa's Tenacity and unrelenting optimism
Melissa Savenko has been excellent from the first text message to beyond closing. She provided us with an extensive review of comps and was always available via text, phone, or email. We ended up purchasing a home we will be renovating and Melissa provided us with recommendations on contractors and information regarding tax abatement. She has our best interest at heart and cares about her clients. I would absolutely recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a home in Richmond.
