Melissa did an amazing job moving the process along. She’s very efficient and really helped me to stay focused on the goals ahead of us, she guided me when I was unsure, and she supported me when I felt frustrated. She was my calm in the storm! Melissa always had an answer for my questions and if she didn’t know it right then she would get right back to me as soon as possible. I really enjoyed working with her and I really respect her professionalism and knowledge of the industry. I do feel that there could have been a little bit more communication when pricing the house and a little bit more time waiting for offers to come in. However, I do understand why she made the decisions that she did and it all worked out beautifully! I can’t thank her enough for all that she did, during this sometimes, difficult process! I would absolutely refer her to anyone who is looking for an agent, is motivated and knowledgeable!
