She was so attentive to everything we had inquired about and was very punctual in terms of their response times as well, always almost immediately. We went through a lengthy process in terms of finding our home but Melissa and her team made sure we would find that perfect home for us as first time home buyers and met all the needs and wants we wanted and are so happy in our now home. She also had so much knowledgeable information to share with us to make sure we knew what was going on and what to expect as first time home buyers.
