Melissa is incredible! She not only does work within California but also assists with relocations. We had to move out of state due to a career change and she helped connect us with another agent to assist with our move. Melissa first met with us to understand our long-term plan. We wanted to rent a home for the first year, make sure we liked the area then look to purchase.  She worked to connect us with someone who could handle both the rental and purchase. Before referring, she interviewed multiple real estate agents to make sure we were taken care of. After a reasonable vetting process she referred us to an agent that handled everything we were trying to accomplish.  We found a remarkable rental property and after the lease was up we purchased a home in the area.
