We can’t say enough great things about Melissa! She’s one of the best agents in Bloomington. From the day we met to the day we closed on our house, she was with us step by step. She’s VERY informative and VERY knowledgeable and she listens! We dealt with a lot of unnecessary issues with our lender and she was right by our side updating us, and staying of top of the lender/lending office, so things could be completed. Melissa is a great asset to the Birkshire office, you’re very lucky to have her on your team! We will always refer her and would love to use her in the future! Melissa was an absolute ROCKSTAR! She was always there for us and went way above and beyond her job description, mainly when we had trouble with our lender. Even though she had many clients during our time with her, we always felt like we were top priority. Her communication skills are immaculate and works past the typical 9-5 hours. If I could give anything higher than a 10/10, she would absolutely get it and then add 100 more. She was definitely looking out for OUR best interest, while giving advice on what we maybe should/shouldn’t do. I want to recommend her to anyone ever looking for a home!!
