She was very thorough and devoted a lot of time for a simple apartment rental search. Melinda has now been helping me look for a home to buy in 2022 and, my experience with her so far has been incredible as well. When I first met MJ, I was in the beginning process of trying to sell a couple properties in a less desirable area. Although, properties were well cared for and I was doing my best to be a very flexible seller, I was not having much success on my own. Needless to say, my hopes and expectations were not very high. And when 1st deal fell through half way through process, my confidence sunk even lower. This is when MJ and her bubbly charm took over.
