Being a first time home buyer I had no idea where to begin! Being a first time home buyer in the middle of a global pandemic? Had even more challenges- luckily Melanie was there to hold my had through every step of the process. Closing was probably the most nerve wrecking part- as like I mentioned global pandemic and loan conditions changing regularly based on the current state of our economy. Melanie was there for me every step, while I might have been anxious. She was calm and really cared about making this the best experience for me. I’m now the proud owner of my very first home. It’s brought me such joy having a space of my own; that I can decorate, express myself and host friends and family. One friend has already nicknamed it Michelleland.
