My wife and I were extremely pleased with Meghann (and later her team) from Day 1. She was well-versed in the real estate market in The Orchard, having sold many houses in the subdivision over the past few years, and the overall NE Georgia market as well. The marketing publications in which she listed our home were all 'top-drawer' and allowed our home's listing information and photos to be viewed far and near. She reviewed our home with us at our first meeting, made several prudent suggestions for the house presentation and within two days presented a market analysis for our home compared to other sale comps. in the area and we agreed upon a listing price. Meghann's husband Andy did a magnificent job with aerial drone photography of the house, golf course and property, as well as 'moving' photography of the house interior from room to room and spectacular 'twilight' photos of the house exterior using accented house lighting. (After seeing the photography of our property on her web-site, I told Meghann that I was ready to offer the 'owner' $100,000 more than the asking price!!) Within a week of Meghann listing our property, there were three showings and a contract was signed. Meghann was so attentive and helped us through all the 'interim' arrangements and issues between contract initiation and sale closing and provided astute guidance to us on questions along the way. Meghann, Andy and Meghann's associate sales agent, Kim Goss, were all excellent in helping us throughout the sale process. I highly recommend Meghann and her team to anyone planning on the sale of their property.
Very energetic, expert marketing of my home, had a couple of scheduling issues which were more than likely an issue with the other agents but they both said they were right. I tend to believe Meghann but don't know for sure (potential buyers were showing up late and staying longer than scheduled). I could have used a little more conversation and less texting because there were times I needed to talk through strategy. I know Meghann is very popular in the north Georgia area and sells high end homes, so sometimes I felt I was the small guy. She always answered but there were times I wanted to talk through things and just got short text messages.

Very professional, worked hard to acquire listing and worked even harder marketing and selling my property. I have worked with several realtors over the years. Too many times the aggressive approach to secure a listing is not followed in the marketing/selling phase. Meghann not only lists your property but works hard until it is sold.
