The sale in question was a bit of a challenge: it was my mother's home, which I was selling as the executor of her estate. Since I was not living locally, there were a few logistical challenges, related to preparing the home for sale as well as the sale itself. The home was definitely not turnkey, and I was unable to dedicate the time - and travel - needed to make it perfect. Meghan was great at identifying which repairs and maintenance tasks should absolutely be done and which ones were less important for the sale of the home. She was also good at finding workarounds for the logistical challenges that we faced in the process, ensuring a smooth closing. It involved working with renters as well as a seller and another agent who made our purchase, at times, unnecessarily difficult.
