It was our good fortune to find Meghan. We all know how challenging this market was/is with very limited inventory and rapidly rising prices. Meghan coped with all of that and despite a list of serious difficulties (with the sellers health and inexperienced "necessary" participants) in the process she always was available and had a great attitude through it all. We moved from out of state and also wanted to use my VA loan which added another level of complexity. She handled it all quickly and with a smile. We have owned 13 houses over 50 years and she was easily the best agent of them all. We couldn't recommend her any higher.
