Megan Peters thinks of herself as more of a matchmaker than a sales associate when it comes to working in real estate. "I want my clients to have a pleasant experience," she says. "This is one of the most - if not the most - expensive investments of their lives, and I take my job very seriously." After all, a great experience with buying her first home motivated Megan to become a Realtor in 2017. "Our agent took the time to explain the process and all the details of buying a home. She made sure that we completely understood the process." Today, Megan serves both home buyers and sellers as a member of the national award-winning team at Coldwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, N.C. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, looking to upsize or downsize, need to sell your home quickly, or on the hunt for investment properties, she would be honored to assist. A military spouse and mother of a daughter, Megan worked as a stay-at-home mom and in restaurants prior to embarking on her real estate career. She is originally from Colorado and now her family makes their home in the Haymount neighborhood near downtown Fayetteville. When not working, Megan enjoys fixing up and painting furniture and traveling. She is passionate about rehabilitating stray or abandoned animals. "They are innocent and deserve a second chance and a safe and loving family," she says. When asked to describe herself in five words, Megan responds: "Professional, diligent, capable, friendly and personable." Buying or selling a home? Call or text Megan Heckman today at 910-578-5584.
