We truly enjoyed working with Megan to sell our home. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us plan out our strategy and was able to secure multiple offers. Then she helped us understand the offers and make our choice. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Northern Virgnia. Thanks, Megan!

Megan was extremely helpful in the entire process of selling my home. She was very knowledgeable about market trends in toy area and helped me negotiate the intricacies and complexities of selling my home.

Megan was an amazing help when looking for and purchasing our new home! As first time home buyers we didn’t know anything about the process of buying a home or even what to look for in a home. Megan made sure that we were looking at places that fit our needs, was within our budget, and didn’t have any hidden work or projects to do. She made her schedule work around our unusual schedules to make sure we were able to see every house we wanted to, even if that meant early mornings or weekends! When it came time to submit an offer, she made the process quick and easy for us which is difficult in today’s market. We ended up with a home that checked every box on our list! We couldn’t be happier with our new home and we couldn’t have done it without Megan’s help and expertise!

Megan’s been at this — selling Arlington real estate — for a long time. And her experience showed as she handled the sale of our condo. Always pleasant, candid, and well-informed about the market. A good sense of humor helped smooth moments of anxiety that are part of the process. If I had more property to sell, she would be my first phone call.

I am extremely grateful to Megan for all of her guidance and support throughout my homebuying process. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. I also very much enjoyed working with Sara Rubida, who assisted while Megan was briefly unavailable to do so. Overall, all members of the Long and Foster team were fantastic.

I've known Megan a long time personally, but this was my first time working with her professionally. She's a super person in both capacities. I find her to be easy to communicate with; organized and prepared; and knowledgable in her field. She was my agent for the sale of my mother's condo. Megan helped make the process simple and comfortable.

Megan represented us in the listing and sale of our condominium in Northern Virginia. As she had grown up in Arlington, she was able to present an in-depth knowledge of the community and market therein. We presented a bit of an unusual circumstance in that after Megan and I searched for a home in the Arlington/Fairfax areas for a year or so, my husband Frank and I made plans to move to Florida. I was retired and relocated in 2011; Frank continued to work in Virginia. Megan went out of her way to find the appropriate apartment for our relocation transition both rate and location wise. Prior to my move to Florida, Megan spent hours assisting me selecting colors, carpets and other flooring materials in order to make necessary renovations to the condo. She and Frank then tackled the other preparatory processes of moving. While many of these tasks fell to Frank, it turned out some of the most difficult ones fell to Megan (and her husband bless his heart). I recall Megan calling one night saying her husband had just succeeded in finding a holder for our front door knocker; an item Frank had been searching for for months to enable us to take the existing knocker with us. It had been a gift from dear friends that we did not want to leave behind. Megan, we will always be so grateful for your perseverance! Although I was living in Florida I was actually the owner of our house in Arlington. Once a potential buyer had been found for it, Megan had to prepare and transmit the (volumes of – UGH!) paperwork for settlement. Her technological ability was absolutely superior! And she orchestrated and executed the entire closing process between Virginia and Florida to effect the conveyance of the property. From the client’s perspective, perhaps Megan’s most significant quality was her effervescent personality that made us feel as though we were family or good friends. So much so in fact that we have continued our relationship through a mutual love of animals (and Girl Scout cookies). She demonstrated the perfect balance of realtor aggressiveness with the ability to kindly and caringly interact with seller and buyer. This symmetry of qualities created a distinctive negotiating ability designed to ensure a successful conclusion. Megan worked tirelessly on our behalf to help prepare our home and exhibit it in the best possible light for sale. We will always appreciate her ample and diligent efforts.

Megan was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and very easy to work with. From our first meeting to closing, everything was smooth and took roughly one month. I told here what my priorities were and she was able to match me up with what I wanted. Over the years, this is the 5th home that I've purchased so I'm familiar with working with varied realtors. This is the first home that I've purchased in Virginia. I'd highly recommend Megan.
