If you are looking for the top-notch real estate agent to handle your situation there is NONE better than Meg Olympia. She is 100% focused throughout on YOUR project. She KNOWS the local market and explains details in EASY-TO-UNDERSTAND terms fitted to your individual circumstance. Same with responding to the numbers of questions most of us have when selling our most valuable asset. Very responsive and focused while representing you! Very easy to work with and keeps you well informed in real time on all steps in the selling process, including getting your property in “showing shape” if needed. Works seamlessly and efficiently with all others in the selling process (movers, painters, stagers, settlement personnel) to present your property in the best possible way and efficiently get the job done. My property sold in ten short days and closed quickly thereafter without a hitch. Meg is the best at what she does for her clients!!!!

Working with Meg was like a dream come true. We contacted her after we saw that she had our neighbor’s house under contract within two days on the market. She did the same for us, our house was under contract within two days for over asking price and the whole process could not have been easier. She knows the market and is so connected, she can tell you in a glance what your home needs to sell and can connect you with any resource you need to make that happen. Her level of professionalism is unmatched. I can not say enough good things about Meg and highly recommend her!!

We are so thankful we found Meg as our Real Estate agent! We are very grateful for the many things she did for us during the time of preparing for and then selling and then completing that sale of our house. We can’t think of another person who would’ve provided so much insight, so much patience and understanding, and so much guidance and help as Meg did. She is a very special person and we are so happy to have selected her as our real estate agent. We won’t forget her and we highly recommend her to all others who are seeking a super top-notch real estate agent who goes above and beyond, day and night !

Meg has been the very best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I say this confidently after many military and civilian moves! Her level of professionalism is of the highest order. I especially appreciated her quick responses to my questions and concerns. She truly understands today's real estate market. The sale of of my house in two days and well above list price is a testament of that. Meg's calm and reassuring demeanor greatly helped me every step of the way. Please make Meg your first call, you won't regret it!

Meg has sold two homes for me. She makes the entire experience feel effortless with her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Throughout the process, she was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide reassurance during stressful moments. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and commitment to my best interests were evident from day one. I couldn't be happier with my experience and am so grateful for everything Meg did for me. I recommend her to everyone I know and they too have had a wonderful experience.

Meg was amazing from start to finish! She was incredibly knowledgeable, offered excellent advice every step of the way, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She kept everything moving efficiently, which was exactly what we wanted, and her expertise gave us so much confidence throughout the experience. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Meg to anyone looking for a realtor!

Meg sold our house in two days and got more than our asking price and was terrific in every way. She is fun to work with and extremely competent regarding every aspect of the real estate business. She was always available to help us and answer our questions often going beyond the call of duty. My wife and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home.

We hired Meg after interviewing several agents and it was the best decision! Meg won us over from the first meeting with her market knowledge and her overall approach to selling our home. We weren't disappointed -- following her advice, our home sold in just one day, thanks to Meg's precise understanding of the market and how to price and list our home. Throughout the entire process, Meg made us feel like we were her only clients. She answered every question immediately, no matter how trivial. We can't imagine a better agent than Meg. We were just kidding with her at closing about her enthusiam -- when the offers were coming in, she sent one of them with the preface - WOW! It's like this was her own home she was selling. Meg is a superstar. You can't go wrong with her!
