Meg has been fortunate to enjoy the mountains of Western North Carolina for over 25 years, first as a college student at Brevard University and next at Appalachian State in Boone. After graduation, Meg worked in the hospitality industry in Charlotte. She then moved to Wilmington to work as the Director of Events for Meals On Wheels Delaware as Director of Events. This experience motivated Meg to obtain certification in SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). Meg moved back to her hometown of Nashville to work at the Music City Center (a LEED-certified convention center). There, she enjoyed developing long-term relationships with clients which resulted in significant repeat business and outside referrals. She developed a strong interest in green building initiatives while there. Meg is the mom of her 13-year-old, soccer-player son, Luca. The family also has a recent addition—a new puppy named Maggie, a Labradoodle. Meg is passionate about supporting local non-profits through volunteering and donating a percentage of home sales to those organizations. If you are planning on listing your home for sale or buying a home in the area, Meg would love to have the opportunity to earn your business and assist you with your real estate needs. Her priority is to provide excellent customer service. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and unique perspective on hospitality, contract negotiation skills, and leadership/planning experience give her a one-of-a-kind perspective when assisting clients throughout the real estate buying or selling journey.
