Medea was outstanding in helping us to buy our home. She answered all my questions and even recommended a lawyer for the P&S agreement, who again, was extremely nice and helpful. The home insurance person she recommended was also great. She knew everything about the Ins and outs of purchasing a condo. Medea Palandjian did a fantastic job going through the entire process end to end. We were moving to Newton cross-country, so we had to cram a lot of showings into a small window. Medea was able to go for two days nonstop helping us find a home we liked. She then worked with us tirelessly afterwards, and handled all the communications and negotiations across geographies and time zones like a champ. Overall we were extremely pleased.
I knew when I expressed the interest about a posting online and the story began. Medea explained the process of buying a house and also recommended a banker what provides a very good rate based my comparison of it with the others. She always gave quick responses no matter emails or texts and that made us feel guided well. Medea has never wanted us to offer a higher price and let us make decisions on our own. During the offers, she kept us updated all the time. For an offer denied, she even found out what it was not accepted. I learned a lot. For the condo we bought, she actively helped us extended the inspection time and made time for us to find out what has to be fixed before finalizing the PS. Overall, she did her work very efficiently and we felt respected very much. In my mind, Medea is already my friend already so that I will recommend Medea to anyone who wants to buy a house. You won't regret since she is reliable and very fantastic!

Medea was accessible on a very flexible schedule and, especially during the offer/P&S stage, being able to connect with her after hours really helped reduce the stress and strain of managing emotions and complexity throughout the process.
