Mauricio is a treasure, and I honestly don’t know what we’d do without him. He’s been a delight to work with. During our home search, he was patient with us, listened to our long wish list, and showed us several good options. The house we finally decided on had everything we were looking for, but the decor was a little outdated. Mauricio was able to recommend an amazing handyman to get the place into our ideal condition. He even helped us find good prices on a central air system and hardwood floor restoration. And, of course, he negotiated a great deal for us on the house, too. As first time homebuyers, we would have been completely lost without him. Honestly, we would never have bought our home without his guidance; we were too intimidated by the process of remodeling, but he made both the purchasing and the remodel process as easy as possible. Since we closed on the house, he’s continued to be very generous with his time and has been able to help with any questions or concerns we’ve had. We’re loving the house so far and couldn’t be more grateful for all of Mauricio’s help.
