Matt went above and beyond to help us get to our goal! We found an amazing property to build our dream home! He was always available and responded timely! Would definitely recommend Matt Hardesty to others!

Matt was easy to work with and was excellent in communication along the way! Will continue to work with and recommend Woods Brothers in the future!

Communication is one of Matt's strengths, and it goes hand in hand with his friendly, calm, and always professional manner.

Matt was awesome! He always went above and beyond to help us iron out the details of the sale. I live in Gering and he was so great about helping my daughter (who lives in Lincoln) be a part of the inspections when I couldn't be there. He has been infinitely helpful after the sale to get some of the outstanding issues fixed. I was expecting purchasing a home from across the state would be really difficult but Matt made it all super easy.

Matt Hardesty was fantastic to work with! He was patient and he always was available when we needed anything. A+

Matt was an amazing reator and I will be suggesting him to anyone who asks! The home searching and buying process was such a breeze with Matt!

When your looking for a broker who has all the skills, knowledge, talents and personality to rate excellent in every Realtor category and someone who will put your best interests first, look no further than Matthew Hardesty. You need the best.

Matt is a true expert and goes far above and beyond expectations! I trust him to help me find investment properties because he’s honest, knows real estate and the numbers. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced and creative. Strongly recommend working with Matt!

Matt helped me purchase my home five years ago and it was a wonderful experience. We were purchasing from out of state with no real knowledge of Lincoln. He provided exceptional guidance and the home wound up being a wonderful fit for my needs. As I grew to know the community better I was quite happy with where I wound up and the price I paid for my home. There was no question I would use Matt again for the sale of my property when I was ready. During the sale, Matt was communicative by phone, text and email as needed, The experience was similar to the purchase of my home in that I always felt confident that Matt was steering me in the right direction and on top of all the small details like professional photos, advertising, communicating with buyer's agents and the like. He is also direct and no nonsense - something I find invaluable in a realtor. I would definitely work with him again if I could.

I'd highly recommend working with Matt. He gave us honest advice and helped us creatively problem solve to get the deal done. He made the process a breeze and did it with the upmost professionalism. I'd recommend him to anyone.
