Matt Gunder was amazing !! He went above and beyond for our family during the process of selling our home. He advised us on how to prepare our home before it was listed, and coordinated repairs after the home inspection. He responded promptly anytime we had questions or concerns during the process. He is very detail oriented, knowledgeable, kind, caring and compassionate. You will not find a better professional to guide you through a real estate process.

Matt did a great job.

We live in a complex world that often requires the service of a Professional for advice and guidance to protect one’s best interest as we navigate through life. One of those complex issues is selling property. After my mother moved to a long term care facility, my sister and I were jointly responsible to sell her house. Matt Gunder was recommended from a reliable source to help us with the sale of mother’s house. We called Matt who was quick to respond to discuss the process. Matt was always prompt, pleasant, friendly, accommodating and able to explain in easy to understand terms how to accomplish our goal to sell Mother’s house with Mother’s best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Matt Gunder to anyone looking for an experienced professional Realtor. He was simply GREAT thought-out the process from the time we first met through settlement ,eliminating the stress of a stressful life event...10/10 rating!

Matt is an outstanding realtor. By far the most efficient and professional we have ever had. Matt has strong knowledge of the local real estate market. He is also well versed in the contractual aspects of selling and buying. He creates quality materials, is an excellent communicator, and represented us flawlessly. His suggestions were invaluable. He went above and beyond personally to help us get our home ready for listing. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

Matt was an excellent agent. Our sale was not an easy one and he was amazing. He had a contract on our home in just 3 days and made sure everything ran smoothly. Kept me updated immediately if anything came up and made selling our home a pleasant experience.

Matt Gunder went well above and beyond in the sale of our property. He helped us with his truck and trailer. He worked with multiple loan agencies of the buying party when the first fell through. He was very very thorough, responsive, and considerate of our time and wishes.

My wife and I chose to list our home with Matt due to his level of professionalism, great record and genuine character. Shortly into the process we decided to purchase our new home with him as our agent as well. Throughout the entire process we were impressed with how easily and quickly we could reach him by phone calls, texts or email. With Matt as your realtor you’ll have no issues at all getting ahold of him for anything you need - both minor or important. He gives you his undivided attention when dealing with you too. No placing you on hold or cutting conversations short. He takes his time explaining everything you want to know and makes easy work of answering even the silliest questions you might have. I never left a meeting or conversation with him having unanswered questions or doubts about a single issue. It’s clear that he has quite a bit of experience in his work and countless sales/purchases under his belt that assist him in providing great advice. After listing our home for sale it was on the market for a whopping day and half before we had a great offer on the table - due in part to the wonderful photography and marketing Matt arranged. Looking for our new home was fun and relaxed with him. Once we found it, the ensuing negotiations were a breeze. To top things off, all of this occurred in the midst of the COVID-19 events. What could have been a nightmare of a move was made completely seamless by Matt’s finesse in the field. He made selling and buying a home an easy process during a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend Matt even if you’re simply considering a sale or purchase. He will be willing to give guidance from day one, with no pressure involved. He provided us with a solid plan weeks before we decided to list our home and has followed up with us after we were already settled in our new home. He has been so great to work with that we’ll miss talking with him regularly. You won’t regret choosing him for one of the biggest transactions you’ll ever make. His grade of honesty and professionalism is hard to beat. We truly can’t thank him enough.

Matt is understand and patient along the entire house buying process! Whether it be finding houses or showing houses, Matt was there for everything no matter what time of day.

Matt did a fantastic job as our real-estate agent for both selling our previous home and buying our new home. He continuously communicated with us on every aspect of the process, responding promptly to all questions and concerns. He was very helpful in navigating the process, setting up appointments and addressing any and all issues. Matt was a pleasure to work with and definitely showed that he had our best interest at heart. In the end we ended up with everything we could have asked for in our dream home!
