Maryann worked diligently to get our business and then throughout the process. Her communication with us was clear, responsive, and detailed. She never left us wondering what was happening or what the next steps were. She was patient and helpful when we had questions or difficulty signing documents. When our buyer had two contingencies, Maryann and the other realtor assessed the possible problems, clarified the issues for us, left the decision to us after providing their assessment, and communicated clearly and promptly as the contingencies were addressed, never applying pressure. The one thing I wish realtors would do differently is permit the buyer and seller to communicate with each other. For this reason, I gave the company 4 stars rather than 5.
