Mary Stull had no problem showing our house when it was "for sale by owner" to her clients when she was acting as their buyer's agent. We found this to be quite rare for realtors when selling our last 3 homes. Often the realtor wants all of the commission or none. Because she proved to be hard working we went right to her when it was time to list our home with an agent!! She's the unicorn of realtors......
